There are no special restrictions on the product"s
use. You can keep the software and use it as a practicing
professional while in school and into your career after
graduation. In fact, if you loose your software due
to computer failure, maintenance or replacement we
will provide you an online download link of your software
at no additional charge.
- Placement on two computers
Genoware understands how you work. Just
as with the practicing professional, students often
need their software on more than one computer. Most
students use a laptop for portabiltiy but a second
computer is often used also. This may be a desktop
at a place of employment or in the dorm, appartment
or home, or it may even be a second laptop. We allow
and support placement of the software on two computers
at no addtional cost.

Genoware provides free technical and
user support. Most software manufacturers charge
a hefty hourly or subscription fee for technical and
user support. Genoware recognizes that although
our
software is very easy to use and runs easily
on today's computers, our customers do sometimes need
assistance.
It is our desire to make Genoware support readily
available to our customers at no additional charge.

Genoware will provide custom online
webinars and small group interactive online sessions
for your class. If you are interested in online webinars
or an online session, ask your instructor to contact
us at management@genogram.org.
Genoware normally requires webinar sessions of at least
ten student participants and interactive sessions of
at least five students, but exceptions are sometimes
made to these requirements.

Graduate students are eligible
to apply for research the Randy Gerson memorial
grant. Students studying for a master's or doctoral
degree
may apply for support of their research projects.
One student per year is selected from applications
that can be obtained at (application)
and submitted to the American Psychological Foundation.
