Downloading your new program after online purchase

• You will receive an email message that contains your download link. Double-click on the link to start the download.
• If you are asked whether you wish to OPEN or SAVE the download, choose SAVE. Be sure to write down the name and location of the saved, download file, so you can find it later.
• After the download is complete, go to the Start menu, choose Run, then Browse, to locate the saved, downloaded, installation file. Now run it. (If you cannot find it, try using the search function, on the Start menu, to locate the file called GmmV116b.exe.)
• After the installation is complete, go to the Start Menu, select Programs, and look for the entry called Genogram-Maker Millennium, labeled with a small genogram icon, and probably located at the bottom on the list. Click on this entry to start the program.
• To start using the program, try one of the following:
  • Select Tutorial from the Help menu.
  • Select Sample Genogram from the File menu
